Order acceptance
The E-mail receipt of an order, or otherwise, does not constitute the acceptance of an order. Verification of information may be required prior to acceptance of an order. Orders will be processed only once payment is received. Prints will normally be ready within 5 working days and be put on transport. Transport is included at fixed rates.Copyright

Currently payment should be done via Paypal. You will automatically be guided after processing your basket and acceptance of the 'terms'.
We endeavour to use first class shippers, like UPS or Fedex. There is no 'speed delivery' unless requested separately via mail. A confimation will than follow, but additional cost will occur. Depending on size, the pictures will be send in a cushioned envelope or in a case. Orders will be dispatched immediately after printing, but during holiday periods there might be some delay. Expect a maximum of 2-3 weeks delivery time after ordering.

Refund policy
In the unlikely event that we are not able to fulfil your order and payment has been done, you will receive a full refund to your account. If there is an error in fulfilment of your order and your account has already been charged for the purchase then please contact us and we will issue and correct the error or credit to your account or credit card as necessary. We reserve the right to request return of the print before a refund will be issued.
Return and Order Cancellation Policies
Once the payment has been received, there is no Order Cancellation possible.
Customs and Import Duties Information
It shall be your obligation to comply with your Country's rules and regulations. Should you be subject to import duties or other cost a kind, such cost shall be born by you.
