My statement
Digital photography has taken photography much closer to the people and is causing an explosion of the number of photos taken. Most are meant to capture a dear moment for our memory. Programs like Adobe Photoshop have given access to manipulating pictures, but it remains an art to create a picture that keeps your eyes attracted to it for a while, with or without photo editing! Digital photography helps to create emotions, whether funny, touching or simply beautiful in what I call 'Art Pictures'. I try to achieve that (with and without Adobe's help,....), but leave it to you to judge whether I'm successful in doing so.
